What To Do When Your Card is Lost or Stolen

Step 1: Freeze it instantly. If you have the SecurLOCK™ Equip app, open it right now and toggle your card status to "Off." This blocks any new purchases immediately while you look for it.

Step 2: Found it? Turn it back on. If your card was just hiding in your car or at the bottom of your bag, simply toggle it back to "On" in the app and you're good to go.

Step 3: Gone for good? Call us immediately. If your card was definitely stolen or is permanently lost, report it right away using the emergency numbers below so we can completely shut it down and issue you a brand-new card.
